Motocaddy Warranty Information

The manufacturer's warranty cover is available through the authorised Motocaddy service centres within the UK and Ireland only. Customers outside the UK and Ireland will need to return their product back to the UK for repairs and services.

Motocaddy trolleys are covered by a 2 year warranty (1 year on SE models) from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage, misuse, neglect or commercial use is not covered. Motocaddy batteries are covered by a separate warranty, 1 year for lead acid and 5 year (3 year on SE models) for lithium. All battery chargers are covered by a 2 year (1 year on SE models) warranty. To register your warranty, click here and complete the registration form.

In normal conditions all batteries will do either 18 or 36 holes (as purchased) when used on a single motored Motocaddy trolley. Conditions such as very long or exceptionally hilly courses, wet ground or excessively heavy golf bags may reduce the range of the battery. Always recharge your battery regardless of the number of holes played. Battery capacity will reduce over time and can be affected by frequency of use and charging conditions.
