For UK mainland customers, you can now create a return through our returns portal. By choosing from a selection of return options, you will be provided with a fully tracked return service back to our warehouse. Keep an eye out for email updates and tracking information.

Create A Return

We offer a 'Return to Shop' service provided by DPD for just £2.99 on small-medium size parcels (size restrictions apply). Printer-less returns are available, making this an easy and hassle free service that allows you to prepare your parcel at home and drop off 7 days a week within a network of return shops. For larger size parcels, there is a convenient 'Home Collection' service for £9.99, where the courier will collect the return from your chosen address.

Please note: Parcel size restrictions apply and are displayed upon selection of a return service. Insurance cover levels for returns are as follows; DPD 'Return to Shop' at £50.00 and DPD 'Home Collection' at £100.00 (maximum coverage).

For non UK mainland and European customers, please independently return items to the address below. We advise using a reputable courier for larger size parcels or a local postal service with recorded delivery for smaller size parcels.
