To help you shop with confidence this Christmas, we are offering extended returns for the festive period. You now have more time to get ahead with Christmas gifting and to return unwanted gifts in the New Year. All items ordered from the 1st October 2024 can be returned up until 31st January 2025. Easy Returns
Clubhouse Golf strive to give all customers complete satisfaction on their purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product that you have received, you can return it for a full refund within our Returns Policy.
If you would like to return any items back to us, please ensure they are packaged securely in the original product packaging and the Delivery Note is included in the parcel. If you no longer have the original Delivery Note, you can download a printable Returns Form below that covers all of the return procedure.
There are a number of ways to return items back to us and we recommend the following options:
UK Online Returns
For UK mainland customers, you can now create a return for small-medium size parcels (size/weight restrictions apply) through our DPD returns portal – an easy and hassle free service that allows you to prepare your parcel at home and drop off 7 days a week within a network of return shops. At a cost of just £2.99, you will be provided with a full tracked return service back to our warehouse. Keep an eye out for email updates and tracking information.
For larger size parcels, there is a return option of DPD 'Home Collection' for £9.99, where the courier will collect the return from your chosen address. To arrange a collection, please contact our Returns team who will be happy to help.
Please note: Parcel size/weight restrictions apply and are displayed in the DPD return portal. Insurance cover levels for returns are as follows; DPD 'Return to Shop' at £50.00 and DPD 'Home Collection' at £100.00, with the option to protect your items for their full values at an additional cost.
Non UK Online Returns
For non UK mainland and European customers, please independently return items to the address below. We advise using a reputable courier for larger size parcels or a local postal service with recorded delivery for smaller size parcels.

We are unable to accept responsibility for items lost in transit, and the return cost (including any duty or customs) is at the customers responsibility.

Upon receipt of your original order commencing the very next day, you have a 30 day period to return eligible items for a refund. This period includes weekends and bank holidays. For any items returned later than 30 days, a credit note to the value of the items will be issued (which can be used on a future purchase). Refunds are made back to the original payment method as per your order and can take up to 7 days from our receipt of your goods. If you purchased via card payment by telephone, we will contact you for the original payment details.
No Exchange Service
Due to the nature of fast moving product and stock availability, we are unable to offer an exchange service. If you would like to replace your item with another, we recommend you place a new order to ensure stock is allocated for you. This will also allow us to provide a quicker delivery service so you receive your replacement item sooner.
Damaged Or Faulty Items
In the event that your item is damaged or has developed a fault (within the manufacturers warranty period), please contact us immediately. If you are a UK customer and your item has developed a fault within 120 days of purchase, we will provide you with a free 'Drop Off' return service for small-medium parcels or a free DPD 'Home Collection' for larger parcels. Any faulty items that fall outside of 120 days are to be returned at your cost under CRTBW (customer return to base warranty).
Once we have received your faulty item, we will process your return as quickly as possible and deliver your replacement item via an express service. Faulty items may be subject to inspection by the manufacturer. If the item you returned is not considered faulty through inspection, it is the consumers responsibility to incur the postage cost to return the items back.
General Conditions
All items returned must be in their original packaging and exact condition as sold and received. Items must not show any signs of damage, been worn and must be free from any odours (including cigarette smoke). Items received back in a non-resalable condition will be returned back.
Any custom fit, personalised or special ordered items that are not standard stock cannot be returned for credit note or refund (unless supplied as faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described). Any item received as a free of charge gift must be returned back with the items for refund.
